How do I pay? +
All fees are paid upfront before service begins. Contact us and we'll provide payment details for bank transfer, mobile money, or our online payment link.
Is there a refund if I don't get in? +
No refunds are given once document processing begins. Admissions decisions are made by the schools, not by us. We commit to giving you the strongest possible application — and our track record reflects that.
Which package should I choose? +
If you already know your target schools and just need help polishing your documents, Basic is right for you. If you want us to manage the whole process, choose Standard. If you also need scholarship support, go Premium — it often pays for itself several times over.
Can I upgrade my package after starting? +
Yes — you can upgrade and pay the difference at any point before your application is submitted. Contact your advisor to arrange this.
Are there any other fees I should know about? +
Our service fees are fixed and listed above. Note that school application fees, IELTS/TOEFL test fees, and visa application fees are separate and paid directly to those organisations — they are not included in our packages.
